Admission Requirements

3R's Child Development Center provides education and childcare services to children without regard to race, creed, religion or economic level. Therefore, any child between the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years is eligible to apply for enrollment. The enrollment and admission procedure includes your completion of the required registration forms. The registration fee and first week's tuition are due on your child's first day of attendance. Please complete all forms in your enrollment packet.

Please advise the Center Director of any changes to your address, home telephone number, work telephone numbers, emergency numbers, place of employment and persons authorized to pick up your child(ren) by completing an update form.

A health summary is due at the time of admission. This must include an updated immunization record. Children who do not have a health summary or immunization record cannot remain in the center. Children in our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs must have a new health summary each time they move to a new age group.
