Alternative Pick-up

Parents are the only persons authorized to designate an alternative pick-up for their child(ren). An alternative pick-up designee must be on file with the Center.

Parents who wish to arrange for an alternative pick-up must sign an authorization form on the day of the alternative pick-up.

The alternative person must present Photo I.D. and sign for the child(ren)'s release. The 3R's staff person releasing the child must also sign the release.

No child(ren) will be released to anyone who is not currently listed as an alternative pick-up and does not have proper I.D. or to anyone who is intoxicated.

Phone calls to release a child WILL NOT be accepted and release WILL NOT be permitted.
